My existing password for Billing Portal not working

If you are sure that you typed password correct but still not working, then you should use password reminder option for new password-

If you need to reset Support Portal password then use below link-

https://support.thetigerhost.com/index.php?/Base/UserLostPassword/Index

 

  • Please note we reset all clients Billing Portal password at every four months for better security.
