I ordered and paid for Comodo Essential SSL. What now?

Check your inbox, you should receive a email from us with subject "SSL Certificate Configuration Required"

Open that email, it should contain a unique link to submit CSR and other details.

Visit that link to submit CSR and other details accordingly. Please note you may need to login into your client area to reveal this submission form.

  • If you don't receive this email or unique link, let us know by submitting a support ticket.
  • Don't forget to check your Spam / Junk / Bulk folder also, if you not found this email in your inbox.
  • If you receive this email in your Spam / Junk folder, please whitelist our email address- to make sure you continue to receive our emails, invoice, receipt, suspension notice, support ticket notification and update etc. in your inbox (and not junk or bulk folders).
