How can I cancel my Service

You will need to submit an cancellation request from our client area billing portal -

It can be found under- > My Products & Services > View Details > Request Cancellation

Please note, there are two type of cancellation option available- 1. Immediate and 2. End of Billing Period

If you submit "Immediate" cancellation option, your service will be cancel within 24 hours.

If you choose "End of Billing Period" cancellation option, your service will be cancel after the end of current billing period.
